- Is claiming my company free?
- Yes. Claiming your company, correcting facts, and requesting a takedown are free and always will be. A paid plan adds the ability to author and control a richer, machine-readable profile.
- What is the difference between the Local and Brand editions?
- Local is for service businesses that win work in a specific area, with amplification scoped to category and region. Brand is for product brands and manufacturers that need a full entity graph, category-level presence, and approved visibility proof.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your self-authored enrichment is hidden, not deleted, and your profile reverts to its free claimed rendering. Your claim and any verified status stay intact, and your content is restored if you resubscribe.
- How does billing work?
- Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe; annual billing includes two months free on monthly plans. Brand Intelligence is annual. If the report or data API is not immediately active, delivery happens within 48 hours. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from the billing portal.
